  • Manage the operational logistics of an international, multidisciplinary artists’ community situated on 20 acres that supports over 70 artists and scholars annually through a series of five- and six-week residencies.

  • Recommend and execute new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the residency, including a focus on accessibility, equity/discrimination, community outreach, and artist communication.
